What forms of payment do you accept?
-We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Meta Pay.
Can I make changes to my order?
-We are unable to make changes to or cancel an order once it is in progress. These changes include shipping address, product size, or product quantity.
What shipping methods do you offer?
-Standard Ground Shipping (UPS/USPS)
Orders with our standard Economy Shipping typically take between 3-5 business days to be processed and shipped from our office. Standard Shipping cost is $6.99 for all under $100. It is FREE for orders over $100.
(Please note, our office is not open on Saturday or Sunday. If you place an order on Friday, it will be processed the following week.)
What if my package is stolen?
-Jane and June cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If this is the case, please reach out to the carrier to further investigate what happened.
Orders typically arrive in 3-8 business days after the tracking has been initiated.
What is your cancellation policy?
-Our orders CANNOT be canceled, changed or modified after checkout due to our quick turnaround and processing times.
How can I make a return?

-Shipping costs will only be refunded in the event the item received is damaged or incorrect.

What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective good?
-If you receive a damaged item, contact us via email janeandjunebtq@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. If the notification occurs outside of this window, we can no longer process the return. All damage goods require a submitted photo to be reviewed. Please include any damaged or defective areas in the photo.
